About Us
In Italy, fresh, stuffed and unstuffed egg pasta is a product of great traditions strongly rooted to the territory in which it is produced.

Our two companies, Genuitaly Produzione Pasta Fresca and Pastificio Artigiano Menini, have treasured these traditions for years, combining traditional production techniques, such as bronze-drawing, with the finest select filling ingredients and quality control systems that guarantee a product of the highest value in terms of flavour and aroma and health and safety.
